HashedSignals provides server-side event forwarding from Shopify storefronts to ad platform APIs including Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API, along with a BigQuery data warehouse and analytics dashboard.
You may use HashedSignals only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. 14-day free trial available on all plans.
You are the data controller for your customers data. HashedSignals acts as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for conversion tracking.
We target 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination, then deleted.
HashedSignals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
