HashedSignals is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants and their customers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use the HashedSignals Shopify app and website.
We collect storefront behavioral events such as page views, add to cart, and purchases; SHA-256 hashed customer identifiers; and order metadata such as transaction IDs and values. We do not store raw PII.
We use collected data solely to forward server-side conversion events to your configured ad destinations (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API) and provide analytics in your dashboard.
We forward hashed event data to ad platforms you explicitly configure. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not share data across merchant accounts.
Raw event data is processed and forwarded in real time. Aggregated analytics are retained in BigQuery for 90 days. Merchants can request deletion at any time.
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 on Google Cloud Platform.
Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
